Here is a list of safe oils to use in diffusion in the presence of mammals(birds being more fragile, the diffusion of essential oils is not recommended without the advice of a specialist). Please note that not all of these oils are safe if swallowed or in contact with skin or eyes!!We can add here the oils of the section to avoid which are often synthesized or adulterated if we know the producer, for example. How to use Essential Oils

There are many ways to enjoy the benefits of essential oils every day, even while living with animals or children. Here are some of them to inspire you. Passive diffusion It is a diffusion method used rather regularly.
