RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 45 daysIf 45 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be accompanied by its original packaging.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable products such as gels, oils, capsules, and custom formulations cannot be returned.

 

Non-returnable additional items:

* Gift Cards

* Downloadable products

 

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase (available in your account).

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Item with obvious signs of use

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or that of the carrier.

* Any item returned more than 45 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a timeframe you will be informed of, depending on your original payment method (usually 5 to 7 business days).

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is reflected.

Clearance items (if applicable)

Some sale items cannot be refunded; this information will be indicated on the product page.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@zensens.ca and we will provide you with instructions.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by mail or email, according to your preference.

 

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the donor, who will then inquire about your return.

 

Delivery

To return your product, you must send us an email and we will provide you with instructions.

 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Delivery charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

No matter the value of your product, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
