SHIPPING POLICY

GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders are subject to product availability. If the requested item is temporarily sold out on the date of your order, we will notify you and inform you when we can deliver it to you or, alternatively, we will refund you the total amount of your order, according to the original method of payment. .

PLACE OF DELIVERY

Items offered on our website can only be delivered to addresses valid under Canada Post's delivery rules.
No other carrier is available at this time.

DELIVERY TIME

Unless exceptional circumstances prevent us from doing so, we will take all measures to fulfill your order within one to three business days of the date of your order. Working days are Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. There is also a need to allow for delays in order processing during holiday periods or special events, including Cyber Monday and Boxing Day. The delivery date may vary depending on factors such as the carrier's delivery practices, location of delivery, method of delivery and the items ordered. In addition, items may be dispatched as separate shipments.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the items. All orders over $ 100 (before taxes and shipping) to Canada will receive free standard delivery service, as will international orders over $ 200. To request a superior delivery method, contact info@zensens.ca to find out the associated costs. Applicable sales taxes will be based on the province or territory where the shipment is made.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT

You must notify us of any item damaged in transit within 24 hours of receipt. If the box is damaged in transit, the item received should be refused, if possible.
